About Us
In 1995, I went to Roffler Hair College in Marietta, Ga. There I had some wonderful instructors. Dale Sheffield, Jeff Caudell, Theresa, Christina, Mr.Bill, Elyse, and West Cole, just to name a few. Since graduating in 1997, I have worked with some wonderfully talented hairdressers. Sima, Max, Carla, Kim, Yvonne, Cory, Kim Tran, Dianna Derosa, Mona, Margaret and Doris, just to name a few.Tammy Birch @ Artistic hair salon, Paris hair studio and last but not least, Tammy Valmus' hair salon in West Cobb for the start while in school. I appreciate all of the support from my mother and father, my friends at the Simax hair salons in East Cobb, especially Said, Sima & Max. I have worked at a few salons over the years and they have all been great experiences. It has been a great experience to own my salon, Studio 21 in Woodstock!
The past has been very fulfilling and the future in Woodstock is very exciting. The staff I am currently working with are all wonderfully talented professionals. Nikki Ortega, Jeannie Morales, Shukoh Afsharpour, Kim Steckbeck, Jessica Ward, Barbara Petry, Mary Durand, Lindsey Monroe, Lisa Settles and of course myself- Stuart Settles ,Sue Mummah our receptionist/"The Boss". They are all very much appreciated! We have a wonderful atmosphere at the salon. It's all due to the fantastic people that work here!

The support from, The Aveda Corporation has been unbelievable. Many thanks to Angela Cate and Christopher and our new Aveda representative, Ashley Lewis. Wesley has been great as our Aveda color specialist! The Aveda addition has made all the difference to our salon environment. Being an Aveda Concept Salon has been a goal of ours for quite sometime and it was well worth the wait. I always have said,--"You cannot buy Aveda next to the bologna at Publix, but you can buy the other stuff!" What a fantastic company and product line! One could not ask for a better staff and corporate entity to make for such a remarkable place to work and create incredible hair and friends.
